ERI Program
KSTC’s Executive Resource Initiative provides executive level management and advisory services for certain high potential KEF companies. The goal is to assist companies in reaching the next phase of commercialization. The initiative is designed to add value to KEF companies through direct, in-depth engagement in specific projects. Projects include strategy assessment, operational integration, value proposition validation, licensing and teaming agreements, sales and marketing strategy, and potential business combinations. A company meets with KSTC’s executive consultant and identifies a need in one of these areas. Then they work together to define a project and outcomes which will utilize no more than 15 days of the consultant’s time.
How does the ERI program work?
There is no cost to the company. KSTC engages highly experienced, world-class professionals as executive consultants (ECs). Their assignment is to work with companies we pair them with to help move them along on the path to commercialization and success.
How does my company become eligible?
A company will be asked to sign and deliver a Consent to Document Access at the time of closing on their KEF or KNEV investment. KSTC guards carefully your confidential and proprietary information, and this consent will permit KSTC to share company information with the ECs. The ECs, in turn, are obligated under their contracts to keep all company information confidential. KSTC will determine the best fit for a company and facilitate an introduction to one of our ECs. From there, it is up to the company to work openly and cooperatively with the EC and make the most of the engagement.
