The Central Region Innovation Network is headquarted at the Western Kentucky Center for Research and Development and serves counties throughout south central Kentucky. The Central Region has an Innovation and Commercialization Center (ICC) located in Bowling Green, an Innovation Center (IC) located in Owensboro, and the Lincoln Trail IC in Elizabethtown.
