Eastern Region ICC

The Eastern Region Innovation Network is headquarted on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University and serves 46 rural counties. Three regional centers in Ashland, West Liberty and Paintsville also serve the Eastern Region. The Eastern Region Innovation Network is a partnership of EKU's Center for Economic Development, Entrepreneurship and Technology, the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation, and the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development.
